Public Notice of Record Date for New Share Allocation and Suspension of Shareholder Register Transfer

In accordance with Article 354 of the Commercial Act and the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, the registration of share transfers, registration and cancellation of pledges, and indication and cancellation of trust assets will be suspended as follows for the purpose of allocating new shares through a bonus issue.
